Flame Guards help to prevent the flame from blowing around excessively, potentially causing damage. They also serve as a safety barrier while enhancing the elegance by reflecting the flames on the glass surface. Our easy to install Flame Guards are made of 3/16 inch thick, tempered glass with polished edges, are heat resistant and designed specifically for our fire pits and drop-in fire pit burner pans.
